1. Income Tax

Small Business Owners are so busy that they don’t have the time and more often not the knowledge to handle their Financial Matters regularly and it could happen that with these oversights that they start owning the Receiver of Revenue lots of money, instead of paying no tax at all, or even missing some healthy refunds. You as Small and Home Business Owner should know what to claim for and where to save money on Income Tax.

XWC reconcile and complete all Small Businesses’ Tax returns. If there are any Problems from previous years, XWC will assist you solving the Problem.

Fees: A normal from N$690 per Financial Year if Books are kept. If no Accounting has been done, the Fees will be a normal of N$3,200 per year.

After examining the amount to be done, I can give you a favourable quote that will save you even more time and money.

2. VAT

XWC offers clients a 2-montly service. If no Books have been done then XWC charges a normal fee of N$480 per Submission, and if Books are kept, XWC charges a normal fee of N$210 per Submission.

3.  Business Plans

XWC designs International Standardised Business Plans for home-, small- and large Businesses. Being in Business specialising in Income Tax as well designing Business Plans for a couple of years, XWC is more than capable to design Business Plans that will suit your own Business Planning as well as the requirements of Financial Institutions. Please note, that XWC’s service does not include submitting and negotiating with Financial Institutions.

Fees: Normal Fees are N$3,000, payable in full before I start, or deposit of 20% of the total amount, and 50% of the rest for the draft, and when satisfied the final copy will be delivered after last payment is received. Exact quotes will be given when full info of the Business Plan is available. It will depend on the complexity and size of the Business Plan.

4. Consulting by Email

Email consulting works best for projects that need to be completed over time. For example, business plan review or creation, advertising plans, promotions, sales training etc.

These types of projects are usually billed at a flat rate depending on the estimated amount of time involved. Here's how it works:

1. Email_me with your project idea.
2. I will review your project and tell you how I propose to complete it, a time table for its completion and a written price estimate.
3. We can cover Business Analysis, Business Problems, Marketing Plans, Financial Plans, and any other related Business Aspects.
