These types of projects are usually billed at a flat rate depending on the estimated amount of time involved. Here's how it works:

2. I will review your project and tell you how I propose to complete it, a time table for its completion and a written price estimate.

4. If you prefer to consult me by e-mail instead of by phone, the rate will depend on the size of the Consultation, but will work on an hourly Basis of N$60. Weekly and Monthly rates are available... ask me.
